Cancellation Policy

At Pankhudibazaar, operated by Ecobestie Organics Pvt. Ltd., we understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders may be cancelled.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been packed, processed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Prepaid Order Cancellation

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment:

  • the full product amount will be refunded
  • payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted where applicable

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders are expected to honor their purchase commitment.

We reserve the right to:

  • limit COD access for repeated cancellations
  • blacklist users for abuse of COD services
  • require prepaid confirmation for future orders

Repeated fake or abusive COD orders may result in permanent suspension of ordering privileges.

4. Cancellation After Shipment

Once shipped:

  • orders cannot be cancelled
  • customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy after delivery, where applicable

Shipping and handling charges may be non-refundable.

5. Cancellation by Pankhudibazaar

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

  • stock unavailability
  • pricing errors
  • suspected fraudulent activity
  • unverifiable customer details
  • logistics restrictions
  • force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed.

6. Refusal at Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept delivery without a valid reason:

  • shipping charges
  • return shipping charges
  • handling charges

may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Repeated refusal of delivery, especially for COD orders, may lead to account restrictions or order blocking.

7. Non-Cancellable Situations

Orders may not be cancelled in the following situations:

  • after dispatch
  • after successful delivery
  • during transit
  • if return eligibility conditions are not met
