Due to the handmade and artisan-driven nature of our products:

- Such variations shall not be considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price.

- verify customer identity for COD orders
Orders may be cancelled by us for reasons including:

We accept online payments through secure third-party payment gateways and Cash on Delivery (COD).

We currently ship only within India.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, weather, operational issues, or force majeure events.
Delivery delays shall not automatically qualify for cancellation or compensation.
