Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Pankhudibazaar, customer satisfaction matters deeply to us. As many of our products are handcrafted and artisan-made, we maintain a clear and fair policy.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • product must be unused
  • product must be unwashed
  • tags must remain intact
  • original packaging must be preserved
  • proof of purchase must be available

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • used or washed items
  • damaged items caused by customer misuse
  • items returned without original tags
  • products purchased during final sale or clearance
  • gift cards

3. Handmade Variation Clause

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Minor differences in color, print placement, texture, stitching irregularities, and artisanal detailing are natural and shall not be treated as defects.

Returns based solely on such variations may be declined.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect products

you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • unboxing video
  • product images
  • packaging images

Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect claim approval.

5. Refund Process

Once approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

COD refunds may require bank account details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.

7. Return Shipping

In cases of customer preference returns:

Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

In case of damaged or incorrect items:

We will bear return shipping charges.
