1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Processing may take longer during:

  • festive seasons
  • promotional events
  • high order volumes
  • unforeseen operational disruptions

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier availability and location accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any promotional free shipping offers shall be governed by the terms stated at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pin codes.

COD availability is subject to courier partner serviceability.

We reserve the right to:

  • disable COD for specific customers or regions
  • require prepaid confirmation for suspicious or repeated failed COD orders

Failure to accept COD orders repeatedly may result in account restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status after dispatch.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will generally make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery fails due to:

  • customer unavailability
  • incorrect address
  • refusal to accept
  • unreachable contact number

the order may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • re-shipping charges may apply
  • refund eligibility may be subject to deduction of shipping and handling charges

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

We are not liable for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect address
  • incomplete address
  • wrong phone number
  • incorrect pin code

Any extra costs incurred due to incorrect information may be charged to the customer.

  • government restrictions

10. Damaged Package at Delivery

If the outer packaging appears tampered, damaged, or open at the time of delivery:

Customers are advised to:

  • refuse delivery, or
  • record a complete unboxing video immediately upon receipt

Claims regarding damage or missing items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide an unboxing video may impact claim verification.

11. Partial Deliveries

In certain cases, multi-product orders may be shipped separately depending on stock availability.

Customers will be informed accordingly.
